Due to staffing issues, if you book a suite after 12PM on the same day that you are reserving the suite for, there will NOT be a guarantee of that suite being available, and you would receive a refund of 95%. Please use the CONTACT form, or call/text to inquire about availability prior to booking in these cases.
CANCELLATION POLICY
25% of the total is due at the time of booking - this is non-refundable*
the remaining amount is due 1 day prior to your reservation - you will receive an invoice via email within 5 days of your reservation
75% refunds (on the total amount of the invoice) for cancellations made within 1 day prior to arrival
*although we do not refund 25%, we will adjust the reservation dates, if available, to better accommodate our guests (must stay within the same calendar year)
PLEASE NOTE
To prevent double bookings, once a customer views a suite's details for their preferred dates of stay (by clicking on the "Book Now" button), that room is automatically reserved for those dates for a period of 15 minutes. Once the 15 minute session times out, the slot becomes available again.
